2021 reunion residence details

DIRECTIONS:

PARKING: All vehicles must be parked in the parking spots. There is no parking allowed by the fire hydrant.

TV INSTRUCTIONS

Great room TV:

  • Using the Suddenlink remote press the top right power button. This will turn the TV and cable box on.
  • To change channels, press and hold the microphone button in the middle of the remote and say the channel you would like, then release the button. 
  • For example, “History Channel, ESPN, Disney Channel ETC.”
  • You can also say things like “kids shows” or “Cardinal game”
  • If you want to view the guide press and hold the microphone button and say “show me the guide” then release the button, or you can also press the “A” button on the remote and scroll over to guide.
  • To turn the TV off, press the top right power button.

Bedroom TV’s and Game Room TV:

  • Using the Suddenlink remote press the top right power button. This will turn the TV and cable box on.
  • To change channels, press the up or down button.
  • To view the guide, press the guide button.
  • To turn the TV off, press the top right power button.

All the tv’s are smart tv’s and are connected to the WIFI. If you would like to log in to your Netflix, Hulu, or other tv streaming service you can do so by using the tv remote. Please log out before you leave. Our cleaning service does not log people out, so you will have to go online and log out if you forget.

Hot Tub

  • To open the cover press and unlock the two cover latches at the corners of the hot tub, then lift the cover up and to the side.
  • Enter slowly and follow all the rules posted on the sign.
  • To Turn the hot tub on, use the control pad and press the power button. This will turn the jets and the lights on. 
  • You can adjust the jets and the lights, but please do not mess with any other settings on the control pad. 
  • To turn the hot tub off, use the control pad and press the power button.
  • Always close the cover after use and lock the two cover latches.

Indoor Pool

  • The code to unlock the door to the indoor swimming pool is 2020#
  • The pool is open from 9am to 9pm.
  • To get to the swimming pool from the house, go straight instead of turning right to exit the community. You will pass a row of houses, then the road will make a big left turn. After the turn, the swimming pool will be on your right.

ARCADE

  • The arcade has a quarter slot, but it is set for free play.
  • First press the 1 player button.
  • Then use the joystick to find the game you want to play.
  • Then press either the 1 player or 2 player button to start the game.

BBQ Grills

  • Make sure the grease trap under the grill is empty.
  • Turn on the propane tank under the grill.
  • Turn knobs on BBQ on and then press the ignite button.
  • Always turn the propane tank off after each use.
  • The BBQ utensils are located in the lower cabinet to the left of the dishwasher(the one closest to the dining room) in the main level kitchen.

TRASH

  • There are two trash cans located in the lower cabinet to the right of the stove on the main level kitchen.
  • There are two trash cans located in the lower cabinet to the left of the stove on the lower level kitchen.
  • There are two trash cans located in the lower cabinet to the right of the washing machine in the main level laundry room.
  • There are also small trash cans in all nine bathrooms.
  • All trash bags are to be put in the dumpster when you leave.

WHAT’S PROVIDED:

  • Dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and linens.

WHAT’S NOT PROVIDED:

  • Toiletries are not provided. You will need shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste etc.
  • Coffee and coffee filters(the coffee makers take the regular round kind).
  • Firewood is not provided. The gas stations in the area sell small bundles of firewood.

CLOSEST GROCERY STORE – Walmart

  • The closest grocery store is Walmart on 76(3.5 miles).  
  • Turn left out of Chateau Cove and go .4 miles.
  • Turn right onto Skyline Rd. and go 150 feet.
  • Turn left onto Animal Safari Rd. and go 1.4 miles.
  • Turn left onto MO 165 and go .3 miles
  • Turn right onto Green Mountain Dr. and go 1.1 miles.
  • Walmart is on the right.

CLOSEST GAS STATION

  • The closest gas station is White Oak Gas Station (2 miles)
  • Turn left out of Chateau Cove and go .4 miles.
  • Turn right onto Skyline Rd. and go 150 feet.
  • Turn left onto Animal Safari Rd. and go 1.4 miles.
  • Turn left onto MO 165 and go 300 feet.
  • Gas station is on the right.

Check-Out:

Upon departure, please do the following:

  • Dishes – put used dishes in the dishwasher and start
  • Towels – put used towels in the laundry room or bathroom floor
  • Trash – put all trash in dumpster.
  • Sheets – pull the sheets and pillow cases and leave them at the foot of the bed.
  • BBQ Grill – clean grill if used and make sure the propane tank is shut off (turn all the way clockwise)
  • Furniture – do not move the furniture
  • Make sure all remotes are on the night stands or coffee table, and all doors are locked.
  • Please leave the thermostat at 72 degrees and never on an emergency setting.
  • Fire pit – do not throw trash into the fire pit.
